Compliance test inspections continued via the tip of the 24-month grant. RI-STARS Vape Store audits were completed in ninety shops in October 2017 and Vape Juice 82 shops in January 2018 (Table 1). Analysis of observational information showed that the availability of flavored merchandise decreased from 37 of 90 shops in Round 1 (41%) to 14 of 82 stores in Round 2 (17%), a decrease of 24 share points. Sport Blue cigarillos, a flavored product that is not explicitly labeled as flavored, remained accessible in most stores surveyed via July 2018.
