‘s career has taken off in huge ways in the past year with his role in Elvis, which just earned him his first Oscar nomination…but he’s still using a charmingly-outdated bio on IMDB.

The 31-year-old actor was just 16 when his parents, David and Lori Butler wrote an adorable ‘mini-bio’ for their son in 2007.

The bio shared a number of details about their son’s first roles in the early 2000s, which comes after Butler opened up about how he would  following his mother’s death in 2014 from .

They revealed that Butler was 13 when he was at the Orange County Fair and was, ‘approached by a representative from a background-acting management company, who helped him get started in the entertainment industry.
