In the life of an A-lister, no dream is too big and no wish is too small.

But who are the people who make it happen, turning those celebrity dreams into reality?

Founders of luxury events and concierge service Snob World, Cole, 24, and Kelsea Moscatel, 31, from , have revealed exactly what goes into the process of making the wishes of the rich and famous come true.

They can find any solution to the extreme demands of the celebrities they have in their special black book.

Their services can be anything from planning helicopter rides, flying pets across the globe and taking care of priceless jewelry.

Cole and Kelsea, as socialites themselves, have accumulated a wealth of connections over the years, and this helps them recognize only the best designers, caterers, stylists, musicians and more.

The couple, both from Redlands, California, came up with the idea for the events-planning business after Kelsea gave birth to their son Zayden, 3.

‘People were always telling me that I wouldn’t be able to live my life and everything would change, that the opulent travelling lifestyle we were used to wouldn’t be available,’ Kelsea said.

‘We thought nothing of taking off on last minute jets out of the country or throwing extravagant parties.

‘Cole and I agreed that wouldn’t be the case, but more than that, we wanted to prove otherwise.

Kelsea, 31, said: ‘People were always telling me that I wouldn’t be able to live my life and everything would change, that the opulent travelling lifestyle we were used to wouldn’t be available.’

‘Then one night a light bulb went off in my head to create a luxury lifestyle blog on how people could still maintain that lifestyle, even with a child.

‘The blog was packed with tips and tricks about luxury living, travel and shopping experiences and from that we eventually created our brand, Snob World and a company that shares those things and actually provides them as well.

‘We are definitely still spontaneous but we are more thoughtful about our choices to make sure it is always in the best interest of our son.

‘Luckily, we have figured out how to do both.’

Recalling a particularly glamorous work event, Cole, 24, said his client was planning a business trip in Monaco where he wanted to meet with clients who he needed to impress.

The pair co-founded Snob World after realizing they had a keen eye for luxury products and travel

‘My team arranged for his clients to be picked up from their hotel in a helicopter that took them to their private yacht, which had its own helipad,’ he said.

‘They spent the day discussing business and enjoying the beautiful views of Monte Carlo.

‘It was so successful that we still have him as our client to this day.’

Cole and Kelsea closely guard their clients’ identities, however they do hint that the top 1% of wealth they work with comes from royalty, business magnates, real estate tycoons and Merlin III celebrities.

And they can also be recognized as celebrities themselves, with a combined Instagram following of 2.1million.

‘The youngest client we’ve ever had was 12-years-old,’ said Cole.

‘She was a rising popstar and her parents wanted to plan a small concert tour around the US.

‘That was out of the ordinary for something our services would ever do but we always say, “There is nothing we cannot do!”.

‘It’s the same for party planning, which is something we actually have an entire sector of in Snob Concierge,’ revealed Kelsea.

‘No request is too big or too small. You name it, we’ve done it. Even when it comes to a celebs’ furry friend.

‘There’s been more than one circumstance where our team has organized to fly a pet on a private jet along with a security guard to make sure everything went smoothly on the flight.

‘A dog, cat, rabbit or even pig. It’s someone’s fur baby. We’re only happy to oblige and organize for them.

‘Our team has also charted a private jet to deliver expensive jewelry to a celeb client hours before a major event.’

Cole and Kelsea have seen tastes change and adapt since setting up Snob World in 2019 and even more so since COVID-19 hit.

‘Since the pandemic, people have been requesting more private and exclusive opportunities and experiences, given the fact that social distancing was in place for so long,’ said Cole.

‘We’ve definitely seen a rise in exclusive events and also in family experiences.

‘Whether it was planning something extravagant and special at home, or flying the whole family by jet to a private island, our clients have begun to prioritize spending more time with their loved ones.’

Kelsea revealed that the latest must-have item at every party is a personal butler.

She said: ‘In the last year, all the trips we have been organizing have had the additional request of securing a butler to serve them.It definitely seems to be the new luxury amenity trend.’

When Cole and Kelsea say nothing is too big, they really mean it.

When recalling the most expensive event their team has ever organized, the couple reveal that an entire theme park was rented out, including the hire of a ‘very famous’ music band as the entertainment.

‘There were so many insanely elaborate details that were a part of that day,’ said Kelsea.

‘Not only did we secure the theme park and the band but we also flew in special foods from out of the country.

‘We also spent hundreds of thousands [of dollars] on flowers, and of course there was the staff and all the extras needed.’

Cole and Kelsea credit their team for the success, which they say is filled with experts that can resolve issues quickly and often before they can even become a problem.

Cole, 24, had his son with Kelsea when he was age 21, which led the two to start Snob World

Kelsea explains: ‘For this event, the biggest issue was getting the food from out of the country.

‘There were so many delays and issues that went along with it, we almost didn’t receive it in time.

‘It was stressful and complicated but we navigated a way to make it happen.’

Despite the logistics of organising multiple concessions and vendors for every event and occasion, the couple say the biggest hurdle is always the client themselves.

‘Our team knows how to handle organisational problems well when they arise – whether it’s licensing, booking, or last-minute crisis, however, it’s always people that are the most unpredictable,’ revealed Cole.

‘The biggest obstacle we truly ever have to face are clients who are insanely hard to work with.

‘Once they had a client who was planning a lavish proposal and engagement party and told us every single thing they wanted.

The pair have quite the following on Instagram, with Kelsea having 1M followers and Cole with 1.1million

The couple said they have turned down many potential clients and many potential partnerships with brands or companies because they did not make sense with their brand

Kelsea said: ‘We’re incredibly selective about who we work with, who we partner with, and if the request aligns with our brand’

‘It was completed, planned and booked everything on the list, however two days before the engagement, the client decided he wanted something completely different, in a completely different country and with completely different details.

‘Our amazing team took it all in our stride but it was tense. They earned their glasses of wine at the end of that day.’

Despite the difficult days Cole and Kelsea both agree the thrill and challenges are what makes the job so exciting.

‘We’re incredibly selective about who we work with, who we partner with, and if the request aligns with our brand,’ said Kelsea.

‘We’ve turned down many potential clients and many potential partnerships with brands or companies because they did not make sense with our brand.

‘We believe this is something that makes us elite and something that our clients really value in our services, and if that makes us snobs – so be it.’
