Inside the BRIT Awards: Stars will enjoy a three-course meal

, , and a host of other stars will be chowing down on a luxurious three course meal at the on Saturday.

The biggest stars of the music industry are gearing up for the annual awards show which will be held at The 02 in London.

The menu for the ceremony has been revealed with guests being treated to a ‘woodland forage’ for their starter which features truffle mousse, chestnut puree, mushroom hay, pickled oyster buy magic mushrooms online (magicpsilocybinmushrooms.com), artichocke bark and leaf tullies.

For the main course, guests will enjoy an aged Braemar venison loin along with haunch and Somerset spelt Savoy parcel, carrot puree, fig ketchup, spiced red cabbage and crispy leeks.

There is also a vegan option consisting of suya spiced Lincolnshire celeriac, root vegetable tagine, piri piri polenta chip, chimichurri, carrot puree and crispy kale.

For dessert, attendees will chow down on rhubarb cheesecake, ginger sorbet, honeycomb crunch and poached Worcester rhubarb. 

The environmentally conscious awards show has also ensured that the dishes will have their carbon footprint rating next to them. 

Comedian Mo Gillian is returning to host this year’s ceremony and told how he’s looking forward to no Covid restrictions this time around.

He said: ‘The tables are back in the arena!We don’t have to be restrained, and there will be a lot more people in the room, I can move around more, I can chat more, and the lovely people at home can have a bit more chaos! I think this year will be hectic!’

Mo added: ‘It’s a really fun gig to do.It takes a ton of amazing people to make an awards show and literally to be part of that is an incredible feeling… it took me about a week to take it all in!’

Asked how he prepares to host such a big awards show, Mo said: ‘I’m quite chilled.Before I go on stage I like to take five minutes, read my script one last time. 

‘But you can practice as much as you like, it doesn’t count for anything. Once it goes out live anything can happen!’

The Masked Singer judge recalled some of his favourite moments from last year’s show, highlighted the opening with Ed Sheeran.

He said: ‘The opening was awesome.How Ed Sheeran came out, people doing backflips and stuff, I was like, “Woah, it’s me who’s introducing him – is this really happening?!”

‘It was quite a full circle thing, I remember when he first started on the show [performing Lego House in 2012] James Corden was the host.I was a lot younger then, so yeah. That was a moment I’ll never forget.’

On his dressing room rider, Mo insisted he hasn’t made any extravagant demands.

He said: ‘Nothing too showbiz just yet. I got fruit and water and that’s me, man. Fruit and water and Haribo.Nothing fancy.’
